User-friendly operation, paired with short sintering cycles, low power consumption and a small footprint are combined in this sintering furnace - made possible by DEKEMA-specific SiC heating technology. Approximately forty units and restorations with up to six units can be reliably processed in one cycle at a maximum of 1,530 ° C.

FURNACE FOR SINTERING TEETH CERAMICS UP TO 1,530 ° C The basis for sintering temperatures up to 1,530 ° C are two silicon carbide heating elements - they are resistant and do not discolour your sintered goods. The cylindrical combustion chamber is closed from below using the vibration-free lift. All components of the combustion chamber are made of high-purity materials and guarantee a clean atmosphere and a very homogeneous temperature distribution. The temperature is controlled by a patent-pending, in-house developed platinum / platinum-rhodium thermocouple. Sintered objects with a maximum diameter of 65 mm can be placed on the patented insulating table and optionally sintered on two levels at the same time - with or without sintering beads. The proven, now significantly expanded AutoDry system allows precise drying on the one hand and supports very fast and targeted heating and cooling on the other, which significantly shortens sintering times.
