Workflow: After the wax-up has been created, the wax-up is transferred to the finished framework using a matrix and the injector. This saves the technician the time to grow up again. In this situation, the focus is on efficiency and transferability.
Wax Injector European model
Technical information: The wax injector impresses with its user-friendliness. Large restorations can be easily reproduced using a silicone matrix. The injection molding technique is used not only to manufacture finished parts, but also to transfer a diagnostic wax-up to the final preparation. This guarantees 1: 1 transfer from the wax-up in preparation for the press technique. The air pressure is set via the air pump and should be in the range between 0.5 and 1 bar. The temperature for the injection molding wax is 74 degrees Celsius. The mechanism works very simply via the injection nozzle in the middle of the device. It is recommended to screw the device onto a plate and to position a container under the spray nozzle.
