FURNACE FOR SINTERING TEETH CERAMICS UP TO 100 MM IN DIAMETER The AUSTROMAT 674 is equipped with three silicon carbide heating elements that ensure sintering temperatures of up to 1,530 ° C. These heating elements are characterized by their particular robustness and durability and do not discolour the sintered material. The combustion chamber is closed by the vibration-free movement of the lift. In this furnace, too, we use the tried and tested AutoDry system to generate high temperature gradients during the heating and cooling phases. This enables the shortest possible sintering times without risk through a controlled lift movement. There is space for around forty units with a diameter of up to 100 mm on each sintering platform, stackable with a second level available as an accessory. Sintering programs are either preprogrammed at the factory, loaded via USB stick or optionally directly from the Internet from the DEKEMA database. Or via one-button operation by adding a QR code reader. Operation is via the colored 7.5 "touch control unit, which also provides information on the oven status.
